Earthlings, a documentary to be seen
Sometimes on the internet you come across something that absolutely must see. Earthlings is one of those things.
This is a documentary on the absolute dependence of humanity from the animals (used as a company, such as food, clothing, for fun and for scientific research) and the barbaric treatment being inflicted on them for various purposes. The film, directed by Shaun Monson , is narrated by Joaquin Phoenix (l'imperatore Commodo del Gladiatore, per intenderci) e la colonna sonora è di Moby .
E' abbastanza inutile dilungarsi qui, considerato che le immagini particolarmente forti parlano da sole. Tutto sta a iniziare a vedere il filmato per i primi cinque minuti.

Si tratta di un nuovo programma che spero venga lanciato al più presto in tv (necessita di una prima serata televisiva secondo me per raggiungere davvero lo scopo). E' abbastanza semplice: un malcapitato/a si presenta spontaneamente in studio chiedendo una cifra e ha tre minutes to convince viewers to send a text message from a euro in his favor, all while being killed by the fearsome three .
