Here is a list of all the modifications it has undergone the Paladin Healer with the patch 4.0.6 ...

• The mana cost of Blessing of Might and Blessing of Kings and Satta increased by about 217%, making them roughly equal to the cost of Mark of the Wild.
• The percentage of weapon damage for Crusader Strike has been increased to 135% whereas previously it was 115%. • Divine Plea
hours lasts 9 seconds, whereas before it lasted 15. Provides 4% mana per tick instead of 2%, for a total of mana by 12%, 10% previously.
• Divine Light mana cost has been increased by approximately 10%. • Flash
of Light mana cost has been increased by approximately 10%.
• Holy Light mana cost has been increased by approximately 10%.
• Lay on Hands can not have critical effect and can not be affected by modifying the healing ability (such as Beacon of Light). Also, Lay on Hands no longer global cooldown. •
forbearance
• The duration has been lowered by 2 to 1 minute.
• Lay on Hands now causes forbearance on the target. It was used because it is activated only when used on the paladin. This was an old model since Divine Protection and forbearance caused the champion prevented al tank di usare i propri cd difensivi.
